When you receive confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Acceptance of your order is indicated, and therefore a contract between us only exists when we have sent you an invoice. This term has been included to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in our pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you to ensure that the price is acceptable to you before processing the order.
Notification of Shortages on a Delivery
Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivery
The total delivery charge for your specific order is shown when you proceed to the checkout page. Currently we only offer Standard UK Delivery which is up to 2 days. Delivery on all orders under £30 is £2.50, all orders up to £75 delivery is £4.50. All orders over £75 delivery is £6. Delivery Schedule
Our courier service operates Monday - Friday. All orders will be processed and dispatched the same day, up till 4pm. Orders received after 4pm will be dispatched the next day. Be aware that orders received after 4pm Friday will not be dispatched till Monday.
Our courier service requires a signature, if you wish to have your goods left with a neighbour please email us after you have placed your online order to give us further instructions at driftskateshop@yahoo.co.uk
Tax Charges
17.5% VAT is inclusive on all orders.
Returns
Please contact us upon receipt of delivery if you find our product to be defective.
Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 21 days of the order date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required.
CDs, videos, games and DVDs will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. Custom setups cannot be returned. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us.
Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a free repair, replacement, exchange or refund. |
